Appellate practice can present a multitude of issues beyond the merits of a particular case. Members of our appellate team have extensive experience working as staff attorneys for the appellate courts, combining a deep understanding of substantive legal issues with practical experience in how the courts function and which arguments give clients the best chance of success on appeal.

Our team members have successfully prosecuted and defended appeals and extraordinary writ petitions, as well as drafted amicus curiae briefs on important issues of law.
