THANK YOU ALL! Blanchard, Krasner & French pro bono estate planning was a success!

We would like to thank all of the Essential Workers for their exemplary dedication! BKFs essential estate planning event was a great success and is now closed to new applicants. We are proud to have provided pro bono estate planning to 18 people, the majority of whom were registered nurses (and their spouses).

Blanchard Krasner French is always here for clients’ estate planning needs.

To show our appreciation for the extraordinary efforts of healthcare workers during the novel COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the law firm of Blanchard, Krasner & French is offering pro bono (free) estate plans for these workers and their spouses, limited to the following documents:

  • Wills
  • Durable Powers of Attorney for Assets
  • Advance Health Care Directives

The attorneys and staff of Blanchard, Krasner & French are volunteering their time to prepare these essential estate planning documents on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants may qualify if they submit an application and pass the firm’s standard conflict check. Participants and their spouses, if applicable, must also be available for a ½ hour consultation with our attorneys on May 15, 2020. Thank you for all you do in our communities!

Please Note:
This offer is made with sincerity and gratitude to those working on the front lines to keep our cities safe, and not intended to conflict with any existing legal resource that may be available within the aforementioned hospital systems. We welcome the chance to extend what services we can to our heroes.

If you are an essential worker not working in these systems needing pro bono services, please send a note to essential@bkflaw.com with the subject line: Consider Me. As we understand our available resources, we will re-assess what additional populations we may be able to serve.
